These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Ubadada, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the DreamBook mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview of Services

DreamBook is a mobile application that provides dream interpretations and number suggestions based on user input for entertainment purposes.

2. Subscription Information
DreamBook offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features.

Subscription Name: DreamBook Premium

Subscription Length: Monthly and Yearly
Subscription Price: Displayed in-app at time of purchase

Billing Terms:

● Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
● Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of
the current billing period.
● Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current
period.
● Pricing may vary by region and will be clearly displayed before purchase.

3. Managing or Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

● iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → DreamBook
● Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → DreamBook

Canceling your subscription will stop future billing but you will retain access for the remainder of
your billing period.

4. Premium Features

DreamBook Premium may include:

● Unlimited dream lookups
● Detailed interpretations
● Saved history and favorites
● Ad-free experience

Free users may have limited access to features.

5. Privacy Policy

6. Entertainment Disclaimer

DreamBook content is provided for entertainment purposes only.

● Dream interpretations are based on traditional symbolism and are not scientifically
validated.
● Generated numbers are for entertainment and should not be used as the sole basis for
financial decisions.
● Results are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on app content.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

● Use the App for illegal purposes
● Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
● Share your subscription with others
● Circumvent payment systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality within DreamBook are owned by Ubadada, Inc. and protected by applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.

9. Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Refunds must be requested directly through Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

10. App Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ubadada, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
